I'm a Senior Production Artist, Illustrator, and former Art Director with more than 15 years of experience creating art for interactive games, from early concept development through live production. Throughout my career, I've worn a lot of hats: production artist, illustrator, storyboard artist, Art Lead, Art Director, and Head of Art. I've collaborated with designers, engineers, writers, producers, and outsourced studios to create environments, UI, visual systems, style guides, production assets, and player experiences for both mobile and web games. Today, I split my time between two careers that unexpectedly complement each other. By day, I teach high school art, designing engaging learning experiences that encourage creativity, problem solving, and visual communication. Outside the classroom, I continue creating professional game art through contract work and studio collaborations. What excites me most is finding the overlap of games and learning. Whether I'm building a visual system for a production team, creating assets for a new game, or designing an art project that keeps students engaged, I'm always thinking about how great visual design can guide, teach, and inspire people. I believe the best interactive experiences are intuitive, memorable, emotionally impacting and just plain fun to explore. That's the kind of work I love creating.
